DOUBLE HEAD JADE ROLLER
What it is: An easy-to-use facial tool called jade roller. Jade is known as the stone of beauty and eternal youth in Chinese culture, and rolling it across your skin moves stagnant energy (Qi) and toxins, stimulates blood circulation, and increases the proportion of elastin and collagen in your skin.
What it does: Stimulates blood circulation and lymphatic drainage. Contouring the facial muscles while reducing fine lines and wrinkles, toning and improving elasticity, reduce the puffiness around the eyes, soothe the nervous system, absorb negative energy.
How to use: The 1st step : introduce the Jade Roller in the fridge for 1-3hrs.
During this time prepare your face by washing off the previous makeup or any layer of cosmetics on your face.
2nd step starts with applying a serum, oil, face cream or moisturizer to help the jade roller be more effective. After that (example):
- Starting from the chin roll horizontally out to the hairline. The pressure should be light and comfortable on the skin.
- Moving up to the nose rolling from the corner of the nose out towards the ears.
- Using the small end of the jade roller, and placing it in the inner corner of the eye, rolling out toward the temples.
- Placing the roller on the eyebrows, and rolling downwards, ending at the temples.
- Rolling from the eyebrows upwards to the hairline, moving across the forehead.
- Rolling the middle of the forehead horizontally out towards the temples
Usage: If you please, you can try the method daily, no harm in that. However, the normal interval of jade rolling is every 2-3 days/week.
